Video and phone visits
Telehealth made easy
A video visit with Dr. Meadows needs one link, a device you already have, and a quiet room. Most visits open in your web browser, so there is nothing to install, and Dr. Meadows will tell you which service her visits use.
Dr. Meadows is licensed in Colorado, and video visits are for people who are in Colorado at the time of the visit. If video is hard for any reason, we can talk by phone instead.

Step by step
Four steps to your first visit by video
Take them one at a time. We are glad to go through them with you by phone first.
Step 1: Before the visit
We email you a link and a one-page guide, in large print if you ask. You do not need to make an account.
Step 2: Ten minutes early
Find a quiet, private place and sit comfortably. Plug in your device, or make sure it is charged, and check that your headphones or speakers are on.
Step 3: Joining
Open the email and click the link. Your browser may ask to use the camera and microphone; choose Allow. Dr. Meadows joins you when it is time.
Step 4: If something goes wrong
Call (303) 555-0107. We will switch to a phone visit, and no one will mind.
Large type, easy reading
Making it easier to see and hear
Small adjustments can make a visit more comfortable. Ask for any of these when you write.
Larger text
Hold Ctrl (Command on a Mac) and press plus to make this website larger. Forms, receipts and your fee estimate come in large print on request.
Clearer sound
Headphones help most. You can ask Dr. Meadows to speak more slowly, and to repeat or rephrase anything.
Someone with you
A relative or friend can sit beside you to help with the link and then step away before the session starts, if you wish.
